- It is pretty cruel of them to charge with possession of stolen property, when it was the jail which released him, with that property.

- It cannot be stealing unless property is removed from the victim. It's worth noting that while record companies continue to act like this, they're just forcing more of us informed people to download music instead of paying them for it, weather thats with an iPod or from a torrent site.

- A broadband connection with enough bandwidth to download a single game is at least $30 more expensive however, and completely out of the question for a lot of Australians.
